60 Feet of Lettering for 60 Years of Manac History

To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Manac embarked on a unique project: a full wrap of a 60-foot dry van trailer showcasing the major milestones throughout its history. Produced by Turbo Images, the project presented an exciting challenge, particularly for its installation team.

Full Vehicle Wrap
The project included the production and installation of a full wrap covering the trailer’s sides, front, rear, skirts, as well as the inside of the rear doors.

Completed from March 30 to April 1 at Turbo Images’ Saint-Georges facility, the project required two full-time installers to ensure the precise application of the numerous graphic elements.

Project Challenges
Completing this project presented several technical challenges, including:

  • The numerous cuts required due to the large number of rivets.
  • Installing the graphics on the trailer’s side skirts.
  • Aligning the visual elements on the barn doors to ensure design continuity when the doors are open.
  • The precision required when installing the panels to ensure accurate and seamless alignment of the graphics across the entire 60-foot trailer.

On the Road to Truck World 2026
As soon as the installation was completed, the trailer hit the road for Toronto to be showcased at Truck World 2026. Displayed just a few days later, it caught the attention of visitors with its striking visual concept and impressive size.

A Concept Developed by Manac
The graphic concept was developed by the Manac team. Inspired by the Pop Art style of the 1960s, the design tells the story of the company’s history through bold and dynamic visuals. From the vision of its founder, Marcel Dutil, to the involvement of the generations that followed, each panel highlights a significant chapter in the company’s journey and its evolution over the past six decades.
