No additional costs will be charged to the client if the cancellation request is received a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, an administration fee of $250.00 will be applicable.
A fee of $65/hour per installer will be applicable for the waiting time due to the late arrival of a vehicle, up to a maximum of $250. If the client is not present for the appointment, a rescheduling fee of $250 will be applicable.
A parking fee of $50/day will be applied to all vehicles that have not been picked up within 24 hours of installation completion.
For On-Site Installation Vehicles must be clean and dry when Turbo installers arrive. The work area around the vehicle (1 meter) must be free of dust and waste. A cleaning fee of $65/hour per installer will be applicable for washing the vehicle and cleaning the work area if not already done so. Vehicles must be at an ambient temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, or a heating fee will be applicable.
A travel fee of $65/hour per installer and a rate of $0.68 per kilometer will be applicable. The closest Turbo Images location will be used as the starting point for calculating travel costs.
If the minimum quantity of vehicles to be installed are not met, or in the instance that the installers must travel to the vehicles, travel charges will be applied as described in the Travel Expenses section. If the additional vehicles are not within range, they will be charged as a no show.
Installations Installations are done on weekday work schedules Monday to Friday. If installations must be completed outside of this schedule, a 50% premium will be charged.
